DHA Architects have successfully created 2 detached houses on a narrow strip of land in Cheltenham's Central Conservation Area.

A traditional one and a half storey architectural form and material palette was used for the main house, articulated with traditional detailing.

In order to create additional ground floor space, a timber-clad side extension was incorporated into the design.
