DHA Architects were appointed to undertake internal modifications to an existing 1930's detached house to create 3 separate assisted living apartments and on-site care staff facilities.

The practice worked closely with Father Hudson's Care to establish the end user requirements in order to tailor the spaces which would be created within the scheme.

Each flat was given its own en-suite accommodation and new open-plan kitchen / living rooms. The internal layout and finishes were carefully considered to create homely environments for users with a variety of disabilities.
