DHA were appointed to expand Waldron's existing office space into a neighbouring building and carry out a refurbishment of the staff and client-facing areas of the premesis.

Working with a tight budget, we were able to fulfill the clients aims of improving spatial efficiency, linking their existing and new buildings and breathing new life into all areas. Works included external re-decorations, a new split-level knock-through between the existing and expanded areas, new internal finishes and lighting strategy throughout and the creation of a new reception, meeting rooms and office space to support an influx of new staff.

Throughout the design phase, we engaged with Waldrons management and staff members to work out the best way to arrange the newly expanded office space and worked closely with the contractor during the build phase to ensure the office continued to operate throughout.
